The Fatra fully adhered system is bonded directly to the substrate using the Fatrabond moisture curing polyurethane adhesive. The Fatrafol 807v is unaffected by substrate moisture and inclement weather conditions during installation, unlike liquid applied membranes which can delaminate & defect prematurely.
All joints, laps and terminations are hot air fusion welded creating a permanent and physical bond which doesn't rely on adhesives, sealants or tapes to create a waterproofed joint.
The fully adhered system improves drainage to the rainwater outlets, provides improved aesthetics due to not being exposed to a certain amount of wind flutter and also reduces disruption to the client during the installation process.
The fully adhered system provides the client with a number of overlaying finishes such as a standing seam replicate roof which gives the aesthetics of metal roof with the performance of a PVC membrane with a cost effective twist.
The Fatrafol 807v has a 120gsm fleece backing which enables the PVC membrane to be fully adhered directly to the substrate without any primers or extensive preparation.
The Fatrabond 1215 moisture curing polyurethane adhesive is used to bond the Fatrafol 807v PVC membrane directly to the substrate. The Fatrabond 1215 adhesive is unaffected by substrate moisture and inclement weather improving installation programme and productivity.

This system is purely for modern architecture and offers excellent aesthetics for bespoke projects to create the look of a metal roof.
Fatra offer a unique ancillary which enables the client to mechanically anchor items such as solar panels, air conditioning units and timber decking to the structure without having to penetrate the waterproofing membrane which creates extensive detailing and weak points within the waterproofing system. The Fatrafix Bar is an aluminium bar which is encapsulated in PVC membrane and is simply welded to the field sheet membrane.
